Great upper Chest and core exercise
The first one i only did 4reps, should have been 5! Pick out three weight! One light, medium and heavy! 5reps a piece. Ex. 5reps @50kg 5reps 80kg 5reps @100kg And thats one set! And do 5sets! 75reps! Pump deluxe
